Are you an expert in creating Revit families with a passion for precise, high-performance BIM workflows? NewCold is looking for a detail-oriented BIM modeler to join our international Design & Engineering team in Warsaw.
Project Development: Based on the input received, create a BIM model that includes 16 different disciplines.
Family Development: Create, manage, and optimize complex Revit families (objects) to meet internal and external project requirements.
Workflow Standards: Ensure that all models comply with the international ISO 19650 standards.
Project Documentation: Assist in the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), including PIR, EIR, and LOD requirements.
Advanced Modeling: Use advanced Revit formulas and conditional parameters to ensure object intelligence and efficiency.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Partner with engineers, BIM managers, and external suppliers to deliver high-quality project data in an international environment.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
Experience: 3–4+ years of proven experience specifically in Revit Object Modeling (Family Editor).
Software Proficiency:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methods, including 4D and 5D BIM workflows.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to team members.
Soft Skills: Strong time management skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
